Lifestyle Program

Our Lifestyle Program is for adults (18+) that are looking for an alternative to the traditional “Day Program”.

Activities change seasonally and always incorporate options for all abilities, interests and budgets for a uniquely inclusive experience.

A balance of activities that address Skill Building, Fitness, Health, Creativity and Leisure with an outcome based approach to service delivery that provides peace of mind for parents and carers.

SCHOOL LEAVER EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS

Our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is designed for young adults (16+) that are wishing to, or already have left school and would like supports to enter the workforce.

We run a curriculum style program for our SLES supports operating 3 days a week while offering 2 days access to our Lifestyle Program to allow for appropriate down time for customers to replenish and recharge!

The primary outcome for our SLES customers is to graduate to a mainstream style of employment support or formal employment.

We achieve this through our program delivery and relationships with local Disability Employment Service (DES) providers and employers.
